Since each hypnosis is individual and completely different and targeted towards the problem we are solving, preparation for it is of utmost importance. Before our online meeting, we clearly define the goals you want to achieve and deeply explore the problem you are working on and will eliminate or mitigate it with the HTM™ method. Preliminary preparation consists of an initial questionnaire, an analysis of the existing situation, and a call in which we set the goals. Prepare for the hypnosis with a pre-recorded audio, which you receive by e-mail a few days before the first session. I recommend doing this part before the hypnosis itself, as you will be well prepared. Thus, the transition into hypnosis will be easier and more in-depth, bringing exceptional final results.
In a first session, which is equally effective in person or online, the central part of the process takes place, where you will get to the source of your problems, which lie deep in the subconscious. Past experiences, events, and ideas have created certain connections and patterns in your mind that lead you to where you don’t want to be. A transformation occurs in the subconscious through discovering patterns and exchanging old lived ideas that do not serve you anymore. You sow the seeds of new ideas into it, and these form patterns that will lead you down the path you want to live, whether on a mental or physical level.
After hypnosis, the process of transformation continues, and here it is crucial to follow further instructions and consolidate everything that you have processed in hypnosis. The brain works in such a way that it must consolidate the same ideas and states; the more you repeat them, the faster your new habits will become. Immediately after the hypnosis, while you are still in a trance state, I will prepare a personalized self-hypnotic recording, with which you can consolidate the newly established connections and ideas daily. Throughout the entire process, I follow you daily and support you because, for many, the most challenging part is self-discipline and persistence in the transformation; we can quickly lose our will.
