Overcoming everyday challenges and obstacles is a part of both my life and yours. Often, however, our recurring thought patterns, feelings of stress and self-destructive habits lead us down a road we do not want to venture on. I have helped many of my clients – both on a local and on an international level – to embark on a self-empowering journey towards creating a more peaceful life for themselves and setting clear goals without having to carry around the burdens of the past.
My journey of exploring the connections between mind and body began a decade ago with the discovery of yoga and mindfulness practices. After completing my training as a yoga teacher, I began researching hypnosis and NLP. These techniques improved my life to such an extent that I decided to deepen my knowledge of them by studying at international schools specialized in the fields of hypnosis and hypnotherapy, regression hypnosis, rapid transformational therapy (RTT) and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and mindfulness practices.
I deepened my knowledge of hypnotherapy by becoming a licensed RTT therapist (Rapid Transformational Therapy) under the guidance of Marisa Peer. I studied also at the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy with a degree in Cognitive Behavioral Hypnotherapy. I am registered at General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR).
Since hypnotherapy is a combination of different approaches, I sought additional knowledge and training in the field of mindfulness practices under the guidance of Sean Fargo by attending his Mindfulness Exercises school. In addition, I have also been a yoga teacher with an international license for RYU 300 for many years now. With the help of exceptional mentors I learned what our minds are truly capable of and what miraculous changes can make when we are ready to tackle breaking outdated thought patterns and establishing new, healthy mental connections.
Almost 20 years ago, after graduating from college, I started working in the field of media relations and marketing, however, my inner senses kept telling me that my path was elsewhere. Gaining new knowledge and broadening my life experiences has always attracted me, which is why I am constantly researching the structure of our mind and body, both in the fields of psychology and biology.
Helping a fellow human being improve the quality of their life is what inspires me and gives me the impetus to constantly research and incorporate a very wide range of knowledge and experience into my work. Above all, I am enthusiastic about my clients’ results and I love witnessing the progress they make towards improving their lives and their sense of well-being.
